At Golden Ritual, we take great pride in crafting premium, specialty-grade coffee and tea. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want every order to meet your expectations.
Returns
Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee or tea packages for safety and quality reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@goldenritul.com
with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Refunds
Once your issue is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placement — after that, they may already be in processing or shipping. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
